Guide to Syncing iPhone with PC


It happens that many people use the platform of iTunes for transferring the documents. You can synchronize the soundtracks, pictures, audio playlists between the PC and iOS device through iTunes. Synchronization is not about the data transfer. It is one of the best ways to get the backup storage of the iOS devices. Though Apple stimulates its users for employing the iCloud system for having the private backup, you can also sync the iOS devices to the PC. It is to be noted that iTunes earlier supported syncing applications, but these functions are not present in its latest variants. Now, it is entirely handled with the iPhone.





1. The display within the option of Summary
You can sync the iOS devices to PCs by plugging the wire connecting the device with the PC through USB port. You can open the app of the iTunes. After that, you can press the icon of iPhone placed at the top-left side of the page for launching the "Summary" screen. This particular display provides a fundamental outline and details related to the iPhone. This detail is designed with the three categories namely iPhone, Backups, Options.
•    iPhone Section, mentions the storage capacity of iOS devices, contact number, iOS variant etc. This section comprises of two options- check for update and restores iPhone.
•    Backups Section monitors the preferences of backup and allows you to make backups. You can select the location where the backup contents of the device will be stored under the option of Automatically Back Up.
•    Options Section, comprises of the number of possibilities like by default syncing while being connected iPhone, Syncing with the device over the network of Wifi, Choosing the SD (Standard Definition) video clips etc.

2. Synchronizing the music with the iPhone
You can choose the tab of Music placed at the left-hand side of the iTunes panel. After that, you can hit on the button of "Sync Music" for syncing the music with the iOS devices. For the synchronization, you can press the option of either "Entire Music Library" for synchronizing the iTunes tracks with the device or "Selected playlists, genres and more" for downloading the preferable track to the device.

3. Synchronizing the movies with the device
You can synchronize those movies or video clips which are not telecasted in TV within the tab of Movies. You can press the given box and then "Sync Movies" for enabling the synchronization of movies. For syncing any movie, you can press the checkbox of that movie. In case you desire to synchronize movies automatically then you can press the button of "Automatically Include".

4. Synchronizing the Television with the device
You can do synchronization of complete series of TV (Television) and single episode within the tab of "TV Shows". Similarly, you can sync in the same manner as happened in above synchronizations.

5. Synchronization of Podcasts with the device
The similar option of synchronization in Movies and TV episodes, there is also the same thing with the Podcasts. You can hit on the box "Sync Podcasts" for accessing the options.
