How to Fix Active Directory Domain Services Unavailable

3.       In the Run dialogue box, enter services.msc and then tap the Enter key on your keyboard.
4.       This will open the system services window where users can manage all the services available in the PC, whether they are disabled or enabled.
5.       You need to locate the Printer Spooler service throughout the Services window.
6.       Once you have found the Printer Spooler option, simply right click it.
7.       Then head to the Properties.
8.       Now ensure that the Startup Type is selected as Automatic.
9.       Ensure that the service is in Running condition.
10.   If the service is already running, then tap the Stop button. 
11.   Once the service stops, hit the Start button.
12.   This will initiate the service once again.
